Sellers

Your home is likely one of the most significant investments you own.  And while the dividends that investment pays to you while you live in the home are not always tangible, it should be treated like any other investment to maximize the return when it comes time to sell.  That includes making sure the home is ready for the market and employing the best real estate professional to assist with the marketing and sales transaction process.

Today’s real estate professional wears many hats.  But make no doubt about it, the primary requirement remains being an effective salesman.  That is why Bella Vita Realty offers a concierge level of service.  Certainly the MLS, the multitude of websites we utilize for our listings and Open Houses are some of the tools we use, but it is the ability to listen and effectively address the customers needs and desires that sets Bella Vita Realty apart from other real estate brokerages.

Unlike the vast majority of local real estate professionals, we attend and conduct every showing of a Bella Vita listed property.  Most agents place a lockbox on the front door and let the Buyer’s Realtor carry out the showing. That Buyer’s Realtor may not have ever been in the home and is thus unable to conduct the showing in the best manner.  How can the agent working on behalf of the Seller be an effective salesperson if they never meet the prospective Buyer?  Concierge service allows us to be a salesperson on the Seller’s behalf to conduct the showing in the most effective manner, answer any questions and share valuable feedback from the prospective Buyers with the Seller.

If you are considering selling your home, we offer a very competitive commission rate, we NEVER charge a transaction fee and would appreciate having the opportunity to tell you more about our services.  We can provide a complimentary Broker’s Price Opinion and help with suggestions to ready your home for the market to maximize the return on your investment.
